Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers/tubs), wiping kitchen surfaces, cleaning stovetops, emptying trash and general tidying. It's perfect for regular upkeep to keep your home fresh and spotless.

Deep cleaning includes everything from our standard cleaning plus extra attention to detail such as baseboards, inside cabinets, inside the oven and fridge, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. It's ideal for first-time cleanings, seasonal refreshes or before/after special events.

Standard cleaning does not include: • Inside the oven or fridge • Inside cabinets or drawers • Wall washing • Laundry • Dishes • Heavy stains, mold, or biohazard cleanup • Deep grime removal • Exterior windows • Trash removal from outside the home • Move-in / move-out level cleaning tasks • Furniture moving or lifting heavy items

These services are available as add-ons or are included in Deep Cleaning.

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or door code so we can clean while they're out. If you prefer to be present, that's fine too - whatever makes you most comfortable.

Yes! Our cleaners bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products (for example, eco-friendly or hypoallergenic options), just let us know when booking.

1.5–4 hours depending on size/condition; deep cleaning may take longer.

Yes. For everyone’s safety, pets should be secured during the cleaning. Unsecured animals may prevent us from accessing certain areas, which can delay or limit the service.

Please secure or inform us about any fragile, sentimental, or high-value items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items that were not properly communicated or safely stored.

If we arrive and cannot access the home due to an incorrect code, missing key, locked building, or any other entry issue, a lockout fee may apply. Please make sure entry instructions are accurate and available at the time of service.
