Welcome to Luxevius. By booking our services through this website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services

• Luxevius provides residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Exact services are confirmed at scheduling.
• We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary.

Bookings & Scheduling

• Bookings must be made via website, phone, or email.
• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Client must provide accurate address, access instructions, and special requests.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices vary by size, condition, and service type.
• Payment is due at booking (or upon completion if agreed).
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App.
• Late payments may incur fees.

Deposit Policy

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The deposit is applied to the final balance.
• The deposit is non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24+ hours before appointment:
   No cancellation fee (deposit remains non-refundable).

• Less than 24 hours before appointment:
   50% charge of total service price.

• Within 2 hours of appointment OR no-show OR no access:
   100% charge of total service price.

• Rescheduling follows the same timing rules as cancellations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• One complimentary re-cleaning will be offered within 24 hours of the original service.

• Refunds are at Luxevius’ sole discretion.

Liability & Damages

• Report any damage within 24 hours of service.
• Luxevius is not responsible for:
   Pre-existing damage
   Fragile or unsecured items
   Items damaged due to improper storage
• Client must secure valuables before service.
• Luxevius’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Health & Safety

• Luxevius does not clean mold, hazardous materials, or extreme conditions.
• Client must disclose pets, health concerns, or product requirements before service.

Access to Property

• Client must provide safe and legal access.
• Failure to provide access = 100% charge (treated as no-show).

Termination of Services

• Luxevius may refuse or terminate service if the Client is abusive, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

Changes to Terms

• Luxevius may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The updated version will be posted with a “Last updated” date.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by New York State law.
